Sanaa: A meeting held today at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, chaired by Deputy Minister Ibrahim Al-Hamli, discussed the level of institutional performance in the ministry and its affiliated sectors, and ways to develop work mechanisms to raise the efficiency of services provided to citizens.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting, which included general directors of the ministry, reviewed the workflow in various departments, the level of implementation of approved plans and programs, the challenges faced during the past period, and ways to address them.
During the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Social Affairs and Labor directed the speedy completion of all pending transactions, stressing the need to activate monitoring and follow-up to ensure that requests do not accumulate and to overcome any obstacles that may hinder citizens' interests.
He affirmed the importance of improving performance levels and being aware of responsibilities in carrying out the tasks assigned to the ministry's staff, especially in light of the difficult circumstances the country is going through.
Al-Hamli pointed out that improving the quality of services, facilitating procedures for citizens' transactions, and paying attention to their issues come within the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership to alleviate their suffering.
