Meeting in Al-Mahwit Discusses Unified Central Guidance Plans & Models

Al-mahwit: A meeting of the Education Sector in Al-Mahwit Governorate discussed the plans and models for the Unified Central Guidance for the first semester of the 1447 AH academic year, aimed at developing performance and enhancing the efficiency of the educational process in schools.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included the Head of the Education Sector, Ibrahim Al-Zain, the central guidance team, and its branches across the governorate's districts. They reviewed the work plans of the guidance teams in the districts and the mechanisms for their implementation. The focus was on aligning with current requirements and ensuring the unification of educational and administrative efforts in accordance with the standards approved by the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research.

The meeting emphasized the importance of improving education quality by enhancing the efficiency of guidance supervisors, improving teachers' performance, and upgrading the educational environment. It also stressed the activation of psychological and educational support to contribute to better learning outcomes, foster innovation, and ensure integrated efforts across the governorate, districts, and schools.

Al-Zain highlighted the critical supervisory role of the guidance team in elevating educational performance through field follow-ups and continuous evaluation. He pointed out the necessity of adhering to the unified guidance models and strengthening coordination between the office branches and districts to achieve discipline and effectiveness in the educational field and advance the learning process in all schools.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Guidance Division and Director of the Guidance Department presented the unified guidance plan of the General Guidance Administration and its branches in the governorates, which included the roles and instructions of the guidance supervisors, field challenges and ways to address them, and mechanisms to improve the educational work environment to enhance learning outcomes and refine performance.
