Sanaa: A meeting in Ibb Governorate today, chaired by the Secretary-General of the Local Council in the governorate, Amin Al-Warafi, discussed the completion reports of locally funded projects during the year 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included the Head of the Technical Committee in the governorate, Engineer Essam Al-Makhadri, and the Directors of Public Works Engineer Ibrahim Al-Shami, the Cleaning Fund Adel Omar, Audit Mohammed Al-Madahawi, Planning Kamal Al-Harithi, and the Deputy Directors of the Endowments Office Mohammed Abdullah and Saddam Al-Umaisi. It reviewed mechanisms for enhancing planning, follow-up, and evaluation, and improving performance efficiency across various offices in the governorate.
The meeting also discussed aspects related to preparing detailed reports on remaining projects within the executive plans for the years 1444 AH, 1445 AH, and 1446 AH, including the supplementary plan for 1444 AH. It also involved reviewing the level of progress in implementing the 1447 AH plan according to the models approved by the Prime Minister's Office.
The attendees stressed the need to prepare comprehensive reports on centrally and self-funded projects through funds and organizations, as well as those included in the executive plans. They also emphasized preparing a list of projects transferred between executive plans, highlighting achievements, identifying difficulties, and presenting proposals for solutions.
