Kushar: A meeting in Kushar district of Hajjah province, chaired by governor Hilal al-Sufi, on Tuesday discussed mechanisms to enhance development efforts and mobilization for summer courses and related programs. The meeting, attended by local officials and community leaders, focused on intensifying development initiatives and encouraging participation in summer courses aimed at building students' academic, cultural, and physical skills.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants stressed the importance of utilizing the school break to strengthen youth capabilities across various fields. Discussions also addressed the need to support agricultural development by encouraging enrollment in cooperative associations, boosting local production, and advancing community-led projects to enhance food security and self-sufficiency.
Officials highlighted the importance of awareness programs and community engagement to strengthen resilience and unity, while also emphasizing continued training and capacity-building initiatives for youth as part of broader development and preparedness efforts.
