Sana'a: The National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning has forecasted cold to very cold weather in several provinces and mountain highlands over the next 24 hours. The forecast indicates that nighttime and early morning temperatures will drop significantly in the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sana'a, Dhamar, Al-Bayda, and the highlands of Abyan, Lahj, Al-Dhalea, and Ibb.
According to Yemen News Agency, the weather may also be cold in the highlands of Hadramout, Shabwa, Taiz, Raymah, Al-Mahwit, Marib, and western Al-Jawf. The Meteorology Center has issued warnings to citizens residing in or traveling to these mountain highlands to be cautious of the cold and very cold conditions, especially vulnerable groups such as the elderly, children, and the sick, as well as individuals working during the night and early morning hours.
The advisory extends to farmers, urging them to implement necessary measures to protect their agricultural crops from the cold weather conditions.
