Sana'a: The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning forecast the continuation of thunderstorm, varying and scattered rainfall over parts of several governorates during the next 24 hours.
According to Yemen News Agency, the weather bulletin issued by the center indicates that thunderstorm rains of varying intensity are likely to fall on parts of the governorates of Saada, Hajjah, Al Mahweet, Amran, Sana'a, Raymah, Dhamar, Ibb, and Tihama Plain.
It is expected that scattered rains, sometimes accompanied by thunder, will fall on parts of Taiz, Al Dhale'a, and Al Bayda.
The center warned citizens of the flow of torrents in ravines and valleys or being present in their paths or crossing them during and after rainfall, and of thunderstorms, advising not to be near electric poles and tall trees.
It also warned of rockfalls, mudslides, and reduced horizontal visibility on roads and mountain slopes due to rainfall and the formation of fog.
