Sana’a: The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning has forecasted cold and relatively cold weather conditions in several governorates and highlands over the next 24 hours.
According to Yemen News Agency, the center’s weather bulletin indicates that cold weather is expected in the governorates of Saada, Amran, Sana’a, Dhamar, northern Ibb, and Al-Bayda. Minimum temperatures in these areas are predicted to range between 3 and 8 degrees Celsius.
Relatively cold weather is also anticipated in the highlands of Shabwah, Abyan, Lahj, Al-Dhale’a, and Taiz, with minimum temperatures ranging from 8 to 12 degrees Celsius. The center has advised the elderly, children, and those working during the evening and morning hours in the mentioned governorates and highlands to take precautions against the cold and relatively cold weather.
Farmers in mountainous areas have been urged to implement necessary measures to protect their crops, while travelers moving from warmer to colder governorates are advised to take
appropriate precautions.
