According to Yemen News Agency, the center's weather bulletin highlights that the governorates of Lahj, Dhale'a, Bayda, northern Ibb, Dhamar, Sana'a, Amran, and Sa'ada are expected to experience minimum temperatures ranging between 3 and 8 degrees Celsius. The center's forecast emphasizes the need for caution among residents in these areas.
The center has issued warnings specifically for the elderly, children, and workers who are active during late-night and early-morning hours.
