Sana'a: The Recreational Club Stadium in the capital Sana'a hosted four matches on Sunday on the second day of the ninth Yemeni Telecommunications Companies Football Championship, organized by the Companies Federation under the sponsorship of Yemeni Telecommunications.

According to Yemen News Agency, in Group A, the Military Heart Center made a winning debut, defeating Yemen International Bank 3-1. Mufid Al-Rouhani scored once and Abdulrahman Dawood twice, while Mahmoud Malik scored the bank's only goal.

In Group B, defending champions CAC Bank began their title defense with a goalless draw against the Palestinian Community team. In another Group B match, Facilities Police and the Ministry of Electricity and Water also drew 0-0.

In Group C, Yemen Mobile secured a 5-1 victory over the Passport and Immigration Authority. Ali Al-Waraqi scored twice, while Ahmed Al-Akkad, Ismail Al-Bakri, and Abdullah Al-Hamli added one each. Ahmed Al-Mahfadi scored the authority's only goal.

The first round concludes tomorrow, Monday, with four matches. Flosak Wallet will face the Ministry of Finance in Group C, while Group D will see Yemen Kuwait Bank meet Sana'a Water, the Zakat Authority face TeleYemen, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports take on the Standards and Metrology Authority.
