Sana'a: The millions of people who took to the public squares of the capital and the governorates to commemorate the Prophet's birthday were an unprecedented and exceptional event, reflecting the Yemeni people's love for the Messenger of Humanity, Muhammad ibn Abdullah, may God's prayers and peace be upon him and his family, whom Allah sent as a mercy to the worlds.
According to Yemen News Agency, this exceptional event, unique in the Arab and Islamic world, reflects the nature of the existing political system in Yemen, whose most important foundations are the principles and values of the true Islamic religion in governing the country's affairs and planning for a future based on religious foundations that are fundamentally embedded in the structure of Yemeni society, whose members live their daily lives based on the principles, beliefs, and values of the true Islamic religion.
What is certain is that no Arab and Islamic country has given this blessed occasion the honor and respect it deserves as much as Yemen, all Arab and Islamic countries, in their handling of the Prophet's birthday, have used worldly matters as an excuse, giving it importance at the expense of the principles of the true Islamic faith. In doing so, they have heeded the dictates of colonial powers at the expense of the nation's religion.
It is no longer acceptable or reasonable to combine the principles and beliefs of the true Islamic faith with political laws enacted at the behest of colonial powers, whose goal was to undermine the Islamic faith and transgress its principles, values, and beliefs, this is what is happening now in most, if not all, Arab and Islamic countries, this is something we can attribute to all the causes of the defeat and failure that this nation has suffered, with the exception of Yemen, which has given the occasion its due and given religion its priority in governing the country's affairs, this has enabled it to operate freely, free from external dictates.
The millions of people who took to the streets in the capital and the governorates were a political and religious message to the entire world, astonishing all who witnessed them, they restored the significance of this noble prophetic occasion, the splendor of Islam, and the validity of political action based on the foundations of Islam.
In its handling of this solemn religious occasion, the Republic of Yemen demonstrates the foundations of its current and future regime, which are based on the principles of the true religion and its fundamental foundations for governing the affairs of state and society.
