Sana'a: Minister of Agriculture Dr. Radwan Al-Rubai held discussions with the Director of Courts, Zakaria Muharram, regarding the establishment of a specialized agricultural court and prosecution. This initiative follows a decision made by the Supreme Judicial Council.
According to Yemen News Agency, the discussions highlighted the need for providing the necessary infrastructure and technical and administrative requirements. Dr. Al-Rubai stressed the importance of expediting the preparation of the court's headquarters and ensuring the availability of qualified personnel to maintain high operational standards. The court, to be located in Sana'a, will address agricultural and environmental issues, including pollution, illegal excavation, and the use of banned pesticides, across the governorates of Sana'a, Dhamar, and Amran.
Zakaria Muharram, the Director of Courts, expressed his appreciation for the Ministry's cooperation and reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring the judicial and technical success of the project.
