Minister Reviews Performance of Insurance and Pensions Authority

Amanat al-Asimah:Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali assessed the performance level of the General Authority for Insurance and Pensions, including its branches in Amanat al-Asimah and the governorates.

According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Al-Hawali met with the head of the authority, Ibrahim Al-Haifi, to review a report on the performance for the first quarter of the year 1448 AH.

During the meeting, they examined several modern electronic systems, such as the field research system for retirees and beneficiaries, and the settlement system for linking retirement pensions for beneficiaries. The discussion also covered the project for automating data linkage and monthly variables in the unified salary statement issued by the Civil Service and Administrative Development.

Dr. Al-Hawali commended the efforts to develop these electronic systems, highlighting their significance in organizing work mechanisms, enhancing service quality for retirees and beneficiaries, expediting transaction processes, and ensuring information and documents are well-organized and easily accessible.

Ibrahim Al-Haifi expressed his commitment to advancing the electronic systems, improving performance, and simplifying services for civilian retirees and beneficiaries.
