Ministry of Health Organizes Training Program in Sana’a


Sana’a: A training program for medical and nursing staff in government and private hospitals in the capital and other governorates began today in Sana’a on dealing with burns.



According to Yemen News Agency, the three-day program, with the participation of 270 health workers, includes lectures on the concepts and basics of burns, their classification, types, and common causes. The program also covers the concepts and basics of infection control in burn departments and centers, as well as essential topics such as first aid, emergency and disaster management, medical evacuation, and therapeutic nutrition for burn patients.
