Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange 30 Index closed on Tuesday at 5,181.62 points, marking a decline of 11.7 points or 0.22 percent compared to the previous session's close of 5,193.27 points. Trading value on the exchange reached OMR 24,848,088, reflecting a decrease of 38.8 percent from the last session's trading value of OMR 40,571,094.

According to Yemen News Agency, the daily report from the Muscat Stock Exchange highlighted an increase in market capitalization by 0.654 percent over the previous trading day, reaching approximately OMR 30.53 billion. The report also detailed the activity of non-Omani investors, with purchases amounting to 3 million and 818 thousand Omani riyals, making up 15.36 percent of the trading volume. In contrast, non-Omani sales totaled 3 million and 287 thousand Omani riyals, representing 13.23 percent of the trading volume. The net non-Omani investment saw an increase of 531 thousand Omani riyals, accounting for 2.14 percent.
