Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX30) closed today at 5,089.01 points, marking an increase of 16.2 points or 0.32% from the previous session, which stood at 5,072.81 points. According to Yemen News Agency, the trading value on the exchange reached 18.87 million Omani rials, reflecting an increase of 16% compared to the previous session's 16.27 million rials. The market value experienced a rise of 0.374%, reaching nearly 29.97 billion Omani rials. The report highlighted that non-Omani investors purchased stocks worth 2.626 million rials, accounting for 13.91% of the trading value, while their sales reached 2.361 million rials, or 12.51%. This activity resulted in a net foreign investment increase of 265,000 rials, representing a rise of 1.40%.
