Muscat: Oman’s Muscat 30 index fell 7.6 points, or 0.16 percent, on Monday, to close at 4618.30 points, compared to the last trading session of 4625.88 points.
According to Yemen News Agency, the trading value amounted to two million, 510 thousand and 223 Omani riyals, marking a decrease of 52.2 percent compared to the last trading session’s value of five million, 253 thousand and 250 Omani riyals.
The market capitalization saw a slight decrease of 0.059 percent from the last trading day, amounting to OMR 27.40 billion. Non-Omani buyers were active in the market, purchasing OMR 605 thousand, which accounted for 24.08 percent of the total trading value. On the other hand, non-Omani sellers sold OMR 590 thousand, making up 23.51 percent of the total. The net investment by non-Omani investors increased by OMR 15 thousand, accounting for 0.58 percent.
