Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed on Wednesday at 8027.52 points, marking an increase of 111.4 points or 1.41 percent compared to the previous trading session's close of 7916.08 points.
According to Yemen News Agency, the trading value reached 89,250,368 Omani rials, showing a 23.6 percent rise from the previous session's trading value of 72,238,099 Omani rials. The report from the Muscat Stock Exchange highlighted a rise in market capitalization by 0.429 percent compared to the previous trading day, reaching approximately 37.61 billion Omani rials.
Non-Omani purchases on the stock exchange amounted to 11 million and 107 thousand Omani riyals, making up 12.44 percent of the total, while non-Omani sales were 18 million and 361 thousand Omani riyals, constituting 20.57 percent of the total sales. The net non-Omani investment saw a decrease of 7 million and 254 thousand Omani riyals, accounting for 8.13 percent.
