Sanhan: The local authority and mobilization committees in Sanhan and Bani Bahloul districts in Sana'a Governorate organized a ceremonial event on Sunday to mark the 11th anniversary of the National Day of Steadfastness and to launch summer courses. The event was attended by several notable figures, including Shura Council member Hussein Wasel, Governorate Deputy Abdul Malik Al-Gharbi, Director of Neighborhood Affairs Muhammad Al-Dawla, District Director Ahmed Othman, and various executive leaders and social figures.
According to Yemen News Agency, Governorate Advisor Abdul Rahman Al-Saraji emphasized the importance of commemorating the National Day of Steadfastness. He noted that this anniversary symbolizes the Yemeni people's resilience, sacrifice, and ability to face challenges, especially amid ongoing U.S.-Israeli aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, Lebanon, and Iraq.
Sheikh Taha Al-Hadari, Secretary-General of the Yemeni Scholars Association, characterized the National Day of Steadfastness as a crucial milestone for renewing resilience against adversaries. He highlighted the exceptional steadfastness demonstrated by the Yemeni people over the past 11 years in confronting aggression, which has revitalized the nation's spirit of jihad and resistance against tyranny and colonialism.
The event also underscored the significance of summer activities and encouraged student participation in summer schools, emphasizing their critical role in nurturing a knowledgeable and educated generation.
