The source noted that these attempts aim to circumvent the demands of the Yemeni people through formal steps that could be halted at any turn under any pretext, and used for blackmail and bargaining at the mere request of the Saudi regime.

He stated that once such an agreement is in place, any party wishing to operate flights to Sana'a would be welcomed, provided they coordinate with the competent authorities in Sana'a.
