Sana'a: The National Social Party strongly condemned on Monday the blatant and dangerous targeting of Sana'a International Airport by Saudi aggression.
According to Yemen News Agency, the party held the Saudi regime fully and directly responsible for the attack on Sana'a International Airport, describing the military strike as a flagrant violation of the ceasefire and existing understandings, and a deliberate undermining of all efforts and initiatives aimed at maintaining de-escalation and sparing the region from the consequences of renewed escalation.
The statement also condemned the continued policy of restrictions and the air blockade imposed on Yemeni airspace, stressing that bombing the airport's runways to prevent air traffic constitutes a condemnable act and a blatant violation of international humanitarian law, which prohibits attacks on vital civilian infrastructure.
The party reaffirmed its steadfast position in defending the country's sovereignty and resources, calling on all national forces to unite and stand together in the face of attacks affecting the livelihoods and freedom of the Yemeni people, and to support the revolutionary and political leadership in responding to what it described as the aggression.
