New Batch of Cement & Diesel Distributed to Support Initiatives in Sharab Al-Rawna

Taiz: The Emergency Central Development Interventions Unit, in coordination with the local authority and the Sharab Al-Rawna Multi-Purpose Agricultural Cooperative Society, launched the distribution of 700 bags of cement and 2,200 liters of diesel to support community initiative projects in the field of roads in the district.

According to Yemen News Agency, during the launch, Osama Al-Qattabri, Director of Sharab Al-Rawna District, praised the efforts of the Emergency Central Development Interventions Unit for supporting and encouraging the community to implement community initiative projects, especially in the field of roads. He highlighted the importance of this support in completing initiative projects and motivating the community to adopt more service-oriented projects, particularly in road development, which contributes to promoting development efforts and alleviating citizens' hardships.

For his part, Dr. Amin Taher, Head of the Sharab Al-Rawna Multi-Purpose Agricultural Cooperative Society, considered the continued support of the Central Interventions Unit for community initiatives an important step toward advancing local development. He confirmed that the association will continue its role in field monitoring and supervision to ensure the optimal use of the distributed materials and achieve the greatest possible benefit for the community.

Meanwhile, Engineer Ahmed Al-Subaihi, Head of the Disbursement Committee of the Central Interventions Unit for Taiz and Lahj Governorates, explained that the batch is part of the phased support plan for approved projects, following a mechanism that ensures materials are directed to targeted locations according to technical priorities.
