Oil Minister Chairs Meeting on Performance Enhancement, Staff Development in Sana’a

Sana'a: A meeting chaired by Minister of Oil and Minerals Dr. Abdullah al-Amir was held on Tuesday in the capital Sana'a to discuss improving performance and developing the skills of the ministry's staff.

According to Yemen News Agency, the session, which was attended by Deputy Minister Mohammed Al-Najjar, focused on reviewing the conditions of employees, identifying challenges, and exploring ways to address administrative, technical, and structural issues within the ministry.

Minister al-Amir highlighted the importance of enhancing the work environment and ensuring job stability, emphasizing that human resources are central to achieving the ministry's strategic goals. He also stressed the need for continuous communication with staff to foster a positive and effective institutional environment.
