Old Sana’a District Hosts Celebration for Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday

Old sana'a: An evening event was held on Wednesday in Old Sana'a district for residents of Al-Tabari neighborhood to celebrate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday. The event, which drew a significant crowd, was a vibrant occasion marked by speeches and cultural segments that expressed joy and reverence for the Prophet.

According to Yemen News Agency, the gathering was attended by several prominent figures, including Ansarullah Political Council member Ali Al-Dailami, the capital Sana'a undersecretary for Services Sector Engineer Abdulfattah Al-Sharafi, Ali Shuraim, and District Director Mahdi Arhab, along with other officials. The speakers at the event emphasized the greatness and significance of the occasion in the hearts of the Yemeni people. They discussed the importance of celebrating the birth of the Noble Prophet Muhammad and encouraged emulating his life, approach, and struggle.

The speakers also addressed the challenges posed by enemies who aim to distort the occasion and distance Muslims from their Prophet, the Holy Qur'an, and their faith-based identity. They urged the community to mobilize and participate broadly in the central event commemorating the Prophet's birthday on 12 Rabi' al-Awwal at Al-Sabeen Square.
