Sana’a: The Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development delivered 11,787 services in October through the Electronic Window System for job-related changes in the Capital Secretariat and other governorates.
According to Yemen News Agency, the ministry’s statistics revealed that 9,596 employees across various public service units benefited from these services. The offerings included updating and verifying employee data, salary-related services, and job adjustments such as promotions, transfers, and secondments, alongside other job change procedures.
The services were accessible either through the Public Service Office at the ministry’s headquarters or via the Electronic Window for Job Changes and Adjustments. This also encompassed requests for updating employee records, processing transactions, and other services for public service employees. Additionally, 231 legal opinions were issued to aid various administrative processes.
