Parliament speaker Yahya al-Rai’ on Thursday sent a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the People’s Assembly of the Republic of India Om Birla.
In the cable, al-Rai’ congratulated Birla and the people of India on the occasion of the country’s celebrations of the National Day.
