Sana'a: Speaker of Parliament Yahya al-Ra'i sent on Friday a congratulatory cable to Iraqi Parliament Speaker Mahmoud al-Mashhadani. In the cable, al-Ra'i congratulated al-Mashhadani and the Iraqi people on the occasion of the Iraqi people's celebration of National Day.

According to Yemen News Agency, the congratulatory message highlighted the importance of fostering strong relations between the two countries' legislative bodies.
