Parliament Speaker Yahya al-Rai' sent a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament Mohamed Al-Halbousi.
In the cable, al-Rai' expressed his congratulations to Al-Halbousi on the occasion of his country's National Day.
