Sana'a: Parliament speaker Yahya al-Ra'i on Saturday sent a congratulatory message to Speaker of the Malaysian House of Representatives Johari Abdul. In the cable, al-Ra'i congratulates Abdul on the occasion of the celebrations of the brotherly Malaysian people marking their Independence Day.
