Sanaa: Parliament Speaker Yahya al-Ra'i reaffirmed Yemen's unwavering stance in support of Gaza and the Palestinian cause in a message to Hamas Representative in Yemen, Mu'adh Abu Shmala. Abu Shmala had sent a condolence cable mourning the martyrdom of Ahmed al-Rahawi, Head of the Government of Change and Construction, and several ministers killed in an Israeli enemy airstrike, praising Yemen's leadership and people for their steadfast solidarity with Palestine.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Ra'i stressed that the sacrifices of Yemeni and Palestinian martyrs embody a shared destiny in confronting Israeli arrogance. He prayed for mercy upon the martyrs and recovery for the wounded, while expressing confidence in ultimate victory and liberation.
