Al-sukhna: The people of al-Sukhna District in Hodeida Governorate organized a central evening event commemorating the Prophet's birthday, may the best prayers and purest peace be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the evening, Hassan Shaddad, the mobilization officer at the directorate, emphasized the importance of commemorating the Prophet's birthday in strengthening the connection with the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) and emulating his life and stances in facing challenges. He pointed to the occasion's religious and cultural significance, which reinforces the values of brotherhood and solidarity among members of society.
Meanwhile, Hussein Al-Qudaimi, director of the Generation of the Quran Schools in the governorate, stressed the importance of drawing lessons from the Prophet's life in building future generations and instilling religious and moral values. He highlighted the role of Quranic schools in nurturing a generation equipped with knowledge, understanding, and Islamic values.
For his part, Sheikh Rajhi Zalil, speaking on behalf of community figures, pointed to the Prophet's esteemed position in the hearts of the nation and the necessity of celebrating his birth to embody the values he brought to society and strengthen unity and cooperation in various fields. The evening included religious chants and poems and was attended by the district director, Mohammed Aqari, the mobilization officer for the eastern sector, Hussein Ghazi, the director of the Martyr of the Quran School, Mansour Aqari, and a number of scholars, social figures, and directors of executive offices within the district.
