PM Engages in Dialogue with Sports Minister on Youth Initiatives

Sana'a: Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi on Saturday engaged in a dialogue with Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mohammed al-Muwalad to discuss the activities of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and its affiliated units. The meeting focused on the ministry's recent activities and their impact on youth and sports.

According to Yemen News Agency, the discussions highlighted the results and successes of the summer activities and courses for the year 1446 AH. These initiatives aimed at engaging young people and promoting sports were a central theme of the meeting.

The conversation also addressed strategies to enhance the Ministry's role in fostering young talent. There was a focus on programs designed to discover, develop, and advance young people's skills, with the aim of elevating Yemen's standing in regional and international forums.

Prime Minister al-Rahawi praised the Ministry's efforts to advance the youth and sports sectors. He acknowledged the challenges faced by the sector and promised continued government support to strengthen the Ministry's plans and initiatives.

Minister al-Muwalad expressed the Ministry's commitment to pursuing its development programs. He emphasized coordination with relevant authorities and thanked the Prime Minister for his support and interest in youth development.
