They pledged to follow his example, adhere to his path, and strive against tyranny, arrogance, and injustice, while supporting the oppressed and defending the causes and sanctities of the Ummah.

The festival highlighted the deep connection of Yemenis with the Messenger of Humanity and reinforced the unique faith-based identity of the Yemeni people as steadfast supporters of the Prophet and Islam throughout history. Participants confirmed their commitment to continue holding various events and activities in celebration of the Prophet's birthday, and announced their planned attendance at the major festival in Al-Sabeen Square next Thursday.

During the festival, Sami Sharafuddin, Assistant Secretary of the Capital, noted that this year's commemoration comes amid difficult circumstances faced by the Palestinian people in Gaza and the wider Ummah. He emphasized that the active participation of the Yemeni people in these celebrations reflects their adherence to the Prophet's example, their commitment to his path, and their struggle against the enemies of Islam, while supporting the oppressed.

Sharafuddin also highlighted that Yemenis, descendants of Aws and Khazraj, have made sacrifices for the sake of Allah and in support of Islam and the oppressed since the dawn of Islam. This is demonstrated today through their steadfast support for the Palestinian people in Gaza and opposition to the Zionist enemy. He affirmed that Yemenis will celebrate the birth of the best of creation, Prophet Muhammad, as a message to defy enemies and hypocrites, urging everyone to gather on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal at Al-Sabeen Square to show the world that the Ummah of the Messenger of Allah will continue to act in the path of Allah, uphold His word, and support the oppressed.
