Ibb: Districts and areas across Ibb Governorate witnessed large popular rallies today after Friday prayers, marking Rajab Friday, renewing the stance of support and solidarity with Gaza, and affirming adherence to the Holy Qur'an under the slogan: 'With our faith-based identity, we stand victorious for our Qur'an and our sanctities.'
According to Yemen News Agency, participants affirmed that commemorating Rajab Friday represents a faith-based milestone reflecting Yemenis' deep attachment to the Holy Qur'an and pride in their faith-based identity, renewing their commitment to it as a way of life, a constitution, and a comprehensive reference in confronting challenges and conspiracies targeting the nation.
A statement issued by the rallies emphasized the continuation of a firm faith-based and humanitarian position in support of Gaza and the Palestinian people, the defense of the nation's sanctities, just causes, and confronting schemes targeting free peoples-foremost among them the Yemeni people-stemming from a non-negotiable religious and moral responsibility.
The statement renewed loyalty to God Almighty and His Noble Messenger, following the example of Imam Ali, and adhering to the faith-based path in confronting forces of tyranny and arrogance, affirming that the Yemeni people remain steadfast in defending the nation and its sanctities with awareness, patience, and sacrifice.
It condemned repeated American insults against Islam and Muslims, describing them as a grave crime that threatens international peace, fuels hatred, and affirmed absolute rejection of any deliberate insults to the Holy Qur'an by Americans and Zionists.
The statement stressed that Yemenis, guided by their faith-based identity, will continue to support the Holy Qur'an and Islamic sanctities, foremost among them the Palestinian cause as the central cause of the nation.
It called on the peoples of the Arab and Islamic worlds to uphold their faith-based identity in the face of soft wars and deceptive conspiracies, urging a boycott of American and Israeli products and pressuring governments to take practical steps by politically and economically boycotting the Zionist entity.
The statement also emphasized continuing general mobilization with greater momentum and readiness to confront forces of aggression and arrogance, affirming full preparedness to stand firm against the enemies of the Qur'an and humanity.
