Sana'a: The Higher Committee for Examinations, chaired by Minister of Education and Scientific Research Hassan Al-Saadi, convened on Monday to discuss preparations for the implementation of the general certificate exams for both basic and secondary stages for the academic year 1446 AH.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Education Dr. Hatem Al-Dais and focused on reviewing the achievement reports from both local and central testing committees. Acting Undersecretary of the Curriculum and Guidance Sector, Hamid Ghathaya, along with Head of the Secret Press, Abdullah Al-Asami, provided insights into the current achievement levels and explored mechanisms to address any challenges that might impede the progress of the testing process.

During the meeting, Minister Al-Saadi highlighted the ministry's commitment to ensuring the success of the general certificate exams despite the ongoing exceptional circumstances resulting from the US aggression. He stressed the importance of collective efforts to ensure the exams are successful, emphasizing that this endeavor is a national responsibility.
