Amran: Preparatory meetings were held today in the districts of Al-Asha, Thila', Iyal Sarih, As Sawdah, and Habur Dhulaymah in Amran province to commemorate the anniversary of the Day of the Guardianship (Yawm al-Wilayah) of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him).

According to Yemen News Agency, the meetings were organized by local authorities and mobilization branches in the districts. During these gatherings, speeches by local, community, and mobilization leaders emphasized the significance of commemorating the anniversary of Wilayah as a faith-based milestone that consolidates loyalty to God, His Messenger, and Imam Ali (peace be upon him). The leaders also highlighted the importance of enhancing unity and steadfastness against challenges faced by the nation.

They noted that the anniversary of Wilayah is an extension of the authentic Muhammadan path and embodies a practical connection to truth and justice as represented by Imam Ali (peace be upon him). The speakers stressed that observing this anniversary signifies rejection of external influences and adherence to a faith-based identity rooted in the Holy Quran and the biography of the Greatest Messenger (peace be upon him and his family).

The speeches urged the people of the districts to participate in the central event, showcasing their awareness, belonging, and connection to the path of wilayah. This would reflect the authenticity of the Yemeni people and their commitment to faith values and principles.
