Sanaa: His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, sent congratulatory cables to the leaders of Arab and Islamic countries on the occasion of the new Hijri year 1447 AH and the anniversary of the noble Prophet's migration-peace and blessings be upon him. In his messages, President Al-Mashat extended warm congratulations and best wishes to the leaders, wishing them good health and continued progress and prosperity for their nations.
According to Yemen News Agency, President Al-Mashat stated that these blessed religious occasions come as the region continues to face aggression led by the Israeli entity, with American support, aimed at subjugating the Middle East and seizing its resources and sovereign decision-making. He emphasized that the only path forward for the Arab and Islamic nations to overcome crises and resist all forms of domination by evil powers is through unity and solidarity in defending the causes of the Ummah, with the Palestinian cause being foremost among them.
President Al-Mashat concluded his messages with prayers to Almighty Allah to bring this noble occasion back upon the Arab and Islamic nations with greater security, dignity, and prosperity.
