President Al-Mashat Declares Success Against Initial Phase of US Aggression in Yemen

Sanaa: President of the Supreme Political Council and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, has announced that Yemen has successfully thwarted the first phase of US aggression against the nation, attributing this achievement to divine support.

According to Yemen News Agency, President Al-Mashat highlighted the vulnerability of US military intelligence to the Yemeni forces, citing the recent precision targeting of the US aircraft carrier Truman and the downing of an F18 jet as evidence of Yemen's capabilities. During a meeting with defense leaders, the Chief of General Staff, and military commanders, he extended gratitude to all military personnel and the Yemeni people, emphasizing the nation's pivotal role in the Arab and Islamic community.

Al-Mashat remarked on Yemen's singular opposition to perceived Zionist ambitions in the region, describing the ongoing conflict as a battle of significant religious and moral importance. He expressed appreciation for the chance to lead such a significant struggle and highlighted the strategic role Yemen plays in countering external threats.

The President further elaborated on the honor he believes the Yemeni people have in their resistance, underscoring the battle as one between different religious factions. He positioned Yemen's fight as divinely supported, with leadership under Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
