President Al-Mashat Extends Condolences on Passing of Sheikh Ahmed Ali Al-Saqqaf

Sanaa: His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, has extended his condolences and sympathy following the death of Sheikh Ahmed Ali Mohsen Al-Saqqaf. Sheikh Al-Saqqaf passed away at the age of 78 after a lifetime of national service and dedication.



According to Yemen News Agency, President Al-Mashat sent a message of condolence to the late Sheikh’s son, Dir’an, and his brothers, acknowledging the virtues of the deceased. He praised Sheikh Al-Saqqaf’s notable national and social contributions, particularly his efforts in fostering reconciliation among people.



President Al-Mashat conveyed his deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the late Sheikh’s son, family, and the entire Al-Saqqaf clan, as well as to the Jahm Bani Jabr tribe in the district of Serwah, Marib Governorate. He prayed for Almighty God’s mercy upon Sheikh Al-Saqqaf, hoping that he will be admitted to the spacious gardens of paradise, and wished patience and solace upon his family and loved ones.
