Sana'a: The President of Ibb University, Dr. Nasr Al-Hajili, today reviewed the progress of the coordination and admission process for the academic year 1448 AH across the university's various faculties and specializations. During his visit, he was accompanied by Assistants to the Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Adel Al-Warafi, and for Academic Affairs, Dr. Al-Izzi Al-Aqab, along with the University Registrar, Abdul Salam Karsh, and the Director of Systems and Information, Kamal Nasser. They assessed the procedures in place for receiving prospective students for registration.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Al-Hajili and his team listened to a detailed explanation regarding the implementation mechanism for the coordination and admission procedures. They focused on the level of services provided to students and the regulatory and technical measures taken to facilitate the registration process, ensuring accuracy and speed in accordance with the governing regulations.
Dr. Al-Hajili affirmed the university leadership's commitment to preparing a suitable administrative and technical environment to ensure the success of the coordination and admission process. He highlighted the importance of guaranteeing the provision of streamlined and transparent services to students, reflecting the university's direction towards developing institutional performance and elevating the level of administrative and academic work.
He pointed out that Ibb University is proceeding with the modernization of its administrative procedures and the utilization of modern electronic systems. These efforts contribute to the simplification of procedures, reducing time and effort, and enhancing the quality of services provided to students.
Dr. Al-Hajili urged students to complete their coordination and registration procedures before the specified deadline.
