President of Sana’a University Reviews Progress at Dentistry Faculty

Sana'a: The President of Sana'a University, Dr. Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, reviewed on Thursday the progress of academic and educational activities and the level of equipment at the Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Al-Bukhaiti, accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Rami Ishaq, and the Faculty Secretary, Yahya Al-Sharif, inspected the ongoing construction of the new scientific hall, which is self-funded and designated for the Master's program. The hall is expected to be a significant addition to the faculty's academic infrastructure and its scientific and research activities.

According to Yemen News Agency, the University President listened to a detailed briefing from the project supervisors on the implementation stages, technical specifications, and the project's timeline. He acknowledged the efforts of the faculty and its administration in upgrading its infrastructure to meet the requirements of modern medical education and enhance the quality of the academic process.

Dr. Al-Bukhaiti also toured various faculty facilities, including laboratories, educational clinics, and service areas, reviewing the ongoing development and modernization works aimed at providing a suitable practical training environment for students.

He further inspected the construction of a new parking area to ease congestion and meet the faculty's growing needs, as well as the tree-planting project intended to improve the aesthetic and urban environment of the campus.

During the visit, Dr. Al-Bukhaiti affirmed the university's commitment to supporting the Faculty of Dentistry's projects and developing its academic programs and educational and research environment in a way that enhances its performance. He expressed his satisfaction with the level of commitment, discipline, and organization observed within the faculty, noting that these efforts reflect a clear vision for institutional development and academic planning, and represent a model of excellence and leadership in university education.
