Sanaa: The President of the Security and Intelligence Service, Major General Abdulhakim al-Khiwani, has mourned the martyrdom of the Jihadist Commander, Chief of General Staff Major General Mohammed Abdulkarim al-Ghamari, who was martyred during the 'Promised Victory and Sacred Jihad' battle.

According to Yemen News Agency, on behalf of the leadership and personnel of the Security and Intelligence Service, Major General al-Khiwani extended his deepest condolences to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, the armed forces, and the Yemeni people over the martyrdom of Major General al-Ghamari and his companions, who fell while fulfilling their national and religious duty in defense of the homeland and in support of Gaza.

Al-Khiwani reaffirmed the continuation of Yemen's support for Gaza and the Palestinian people, reflecting the nation's honorable and principled stance - leadership, government, people, and army alike. He stressed that defending the causes of the ummah demands great sacrifices.

He praised the jihadist career of the late Major General al-Ghamari in confronting aggression and arrogance, and in supporting the people of Gaza against Zionist oppression, emphasizing that al-Ghamari embodied the faith-based identity and Arab-Islamic belonging throughout his struggle.

Al-Khiwani added, 'We stand firmly with the new Chief of General Staff in carrying out his great responsibilities, especially during this critical stage that the nation and the ummah are facing under increasing threats from their enemies.'
