Sana’a: Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi and his Deputy for Defense and Security Affairs, Major General Jalal Al-Ruwaishan, visited an exhibition showcasing dairy products made from cow’s milk and natural mango juices sourced from Tihama farms. The exhibition took place alongside the launch event for the Investment Law 2025.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Prime Minister was accompanied by ministers of Economy, Industry, and Investment Eng. Moeen Al-Mahqari, Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources Dr. Radwan Al-Rubai, and Information Hashem Sharaf Al-Din. Together, they reviewed the locally sourced products on display at the exhibition.
During the visit, the Prime Minister commended the Ministry of Economy’s efforts to expand the dairy industry through the use of natural milk. He emphasized the government’s dedication to supporting local industries, safeguarding domestic products, and promoting self-sufficiency to enhance competitiveness against imported goods.
Minister Al-Mahqari outlined future plans to expand the successful dairy industry model from Hodeidah to other regions, including Amran, Dhamar, Ibb, and Taiz. This expansion aims to boost local production and foster economic growth.
