Hodeida: Celebratory events and evening gatherings marking the Prophet's Birthday continue on Monday to be held across districts of Hodeida governorate. Residents of Palestine Neighborhood in Shamsan Square, Al-Hali district, organized a cultural evening attended by Hodeida undersecretary Ahmed Al-Bishri, along with a number of local leaders and General Mobilization officials.
According to Yemen News Agency, speeches and presentations at the evening highlighted the significance of commemorating the Prophet's Birthday, the meanings of attachment to the Messenger of Allah, Mohammed, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, and emulating his life and morals while promoting the values of steadfastness and resilience in confronting challenges.
The Security Department of Al-Dhahi district also held a celebratory evening attended by Commander of the Northern Axis Major General Fadel Al-Dhayani, Director of the Northern Area Security Department Colonel Sadiq Musleh, and a number of executive and local officials, scholars, and social figures.
Meanwhile, the education sectors in Bajil, Al-Durayhimi, and Al-Salif districts commemorated the Prophet's Birthday through evening gatherings and speech events highlighting the life of the Noble Prophet and the importance of honoring his status and emulating his guidance and values.
The activities included evening gatherings in Rub' Al-Sham subdistrict of Al-Zuhrah district, Al-Khawbah city in Al-Luhayyah district, Al-Shujayrah Health Center and among residents of Al-Jahba Al-Sufla subdistrict in Al-Durayhimi district, as well as among residents of Deir Ta'am Square in Bajil district.
The speakers stressed the importance of commemorating the Prophet's Birthday in a manner that strengthens attachment to the Messenger of Allah, following his path and emulating his morals. They noted that the occasion represents an educational opportunity to recall the values and principles embodied in the Muhammadan message.
They added that the widespread participation in the celebratory activities reflects the Noble Prophet's standing in the hearts of the Yemeni people and demonstrates their steadfastness and resilience in confronting the forces of aggression.
The speakers stressed the importance of concerted efforts to ensure the success of the occasion's activities and broad participation in the central celebration on 12 Rabi' Al-Awwal.
