Rally in Damt Supports Maritime Blockade Against Saudi Arabia

Sana'a: The city of Damt in Dhale' governorate witnessed a massive rally in support of the Armed Forces' declaration of a maritime blockade against Saudi Arabia, based on the principle of "an eye for an eye."

According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the rally affirmed that the Armed Forces' statement is an important step to challenge Saudi actions, reclaim the rights of the Yemeni people, and address humanitarian issues. They indicated that their participation in the rally demonstrated endorsement and support for the Armed Forces' decision to impose a blockade on Saudi ports in response to its actions over the past 12 years, which included besieging the Yemeni people and imposing a blockade on essentials.

The people of Al-Dhale'a expressed their readiness to confront Saudi Arabia and to respond to the regime that has engaged in actions against the Yemeni people and exploited the country's resources. They declared their support for the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to take necessary measures against Saudi Arabia until Yemeni demands are acknowledged, rights restored, and resources recovered.

They also announced ongoing mobilization and preparedness to support the fronts and handle future developments, emphasizing Yemenis' right to respond to the blockade with similar measures and to escalation with escalation.
