Sana'a: The Supreme Elections and Referendum Committee organized a rally today in Sana'a in response to the Leader of the Revolution's call to enhance readiness and preparedness to confront the forces of aggression, reclaim the rights of the Yemeni people, and end the blockade on the country. The event was held under the slogan "Readiness and Mobilization... to End the Aggression and the Blockade."
According to Yemen News Agency, participants at the rally affirmed their readiness for the decisive battle to end the conspiracies targeting the homeland. They viewed the Leader's statement as a roadmap for restoring rights and liberating the occupied provinces. The leadership's directives were seen as embodying the aspirations of the Yemeni people for full sovereignty and complete liberation.
The rally also endorsed a statement by the General Mobilization Forces, considering it a practical step to translate the Leader's directives into tangible reality. Participants expressed full support for all military and mobilization provisions in the statement aimed at achieving victory and restoring plundered wealth and rights. They pledged allegiance to the Leader of the Revolution, committing to confront the dangers arising from the aggression by the Saudi-American-Zionist occupiers and thwarting attempts by the enemy's tools.
The participants reaffirmed their commitment to defending the homeland and supporting the axis of resistance, including aiding the Palestinian people. They emphasized their preparedness to offer their possessions and mobilize in response to leadership directives.
A statement issued at the rally declared complete acceptance of the Leader's call and commitment to its implementation. They pledged to continue on the path of the September 21 Revolution goals: liberation, independence, and restoring national rights and resources.
The statement also condemned Zionist crimes in occupied Palestine and aggression against countries in the axis of resistance, denouncing Western insults to Islamic sanctities. It emphasized recovering the national wealth, including oil and gas, and praised victories by the Islamic Republic of Iran against America and Israel.
Participants declared a general mobilization and comprehensive readiness, initiating programs for military mobilization courses and demonstrations. They called upon all free people of Yemen to unite and work to confront the foreign occupier until all resources are recovered and the occupiers are expelled.
