Ramadan Cultural Evening Highlights Challenges and Development Needs in Ibb Governorate

Ibb: The local authority in Ibb governorate organized a Ramadan cultural evening focusing on the universities of Ibb and Jiblah, as well as the sectors of education, health, youth, sports, technical education, and expatriates. The event also engaged the Agricultural Committee, various initiatives, associations, and the Bonyan Foundation, all within the framework of promoting faith identity and Quranic culture.

According to Yemen News Agency, the evening addressed the challenges facing these sectors and explored ways to tackle them. Discussions also revolved around the necessary requirements for implementing development projects and programs. Governor Abdul Wahed Salah commended the efforts of these sectors amidst the prevailing circumstances, emphasizing the need for collaborative efforts to enhance performance and services. The role of educational, health, agricultural, and community institutions in safeguarding society against destructive ideologies and strengthening faith identity was underscored.

Governor Salah also urged support for community initiatives aimed at completing service and development projects. He highlighted the significance of Ramadan meetings in evaluating service conditions and confronting challenges. Participants in the evening lauded the announcement by the leader of the revolution, Abdul Malik al-Houthi, who issued a deadline for the Zionist enemy to bring aid into Gaza, underscoring that this stance reflects both a religious and humanitarian commitment to the Palestinian cause.
