Raymah Governor Inaugurates Road Construction Project in Dhamar

Dhamar: The Governor of Raymah, Faris Al-Habari, inaugurated on Tuesday the construction works for the rehabilitation and maintenance of Al-Jabeen – Muzhar – Al-Sharq City road in Dhamar, which is being implemented by the Executive Unit for Road Construction and Maintenance.

According to Yemen News Agency, during the inauguration, Governor Al-Habari, along with the Deputy Governor Hafez Al-Wahdi, listened to the Director General of the Executive Unit, Saleh Al-Kasmi, and his deputy, Taymour Al-Azab, about the works, which include the construction of ferries, dams to drain water, and the removal of remnants of rain torrents and rocks that have caused significant damage to the asphalt road.

Raymah governor emphasized the importance of rehabilitating and maintaining roads in the various districts of the province, especially as some roads are nearly destroyed by the floods. He stressed the importance of completing these construction works and removing the remnants of the floods.

He commended the efforts of the executive unit in implementing service works that alleviate the suffering of citizens in light of the current conditions that the country is experiencing due to the repercussions of the aggression and blockade.

Governor Al-Habari urged the concerned authorities to assume their responsibilities in maintaining all asphalt roads damaged by the torrential rains in the province.
