Hajjah: The Red Crescent team has advanced to the final of the Ramadan 'Martyrs on Al-Quds Road' football tournament in Hajjah Governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, Red Crescent secured its place in the final today by defeating the Martyr Abu Abdel team in the semi-finals with a 1-0 victory. The tournament is organized by Al-Nasr Sports and Cultural Club under the supervision of the Youth and Sports Office.
Player Mohammed Meshali led his team to victory, eliminating the strongest contender and favorite to win the tournament by scoring the match's only goal. The game was skillfully refereed by Akram Hameed, assisted by Mustafa Al-Ghalibi, Moein Bakhit, and Khaled Al-Shaghadri as the fourth official.
The tournament will conclude on Tuesday with the final match between Red Crescent and Gaza teams to determine this year's champion.
