Taiz: Security authorities in Taiz Governorate released on Saturday 25 individuals who had been misled into joining the ranks of the aggression. The release, carried out from the Police Intelligence Prison in the governorate, represents the first batch coinciding with the Yemeni people's celebrations of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday anniversary, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, the move comes in implementation of directives issued by the Leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the political leadership. During the handover, Hamis al-Hubari, head of the Social Affairs Unit in the governorate, urged the released individuals to return to the right path and reintegrate into society, stressing the leadership's keenness to close the chapter of the past and open new horizons for national unity.
For their part, the released individuals expressed gratitude for this gesture, affirming that they had realized the true nature and dangers of the aggression, and that they would return to their normal lives among their families, committed to serving their nation and community.
