Taiz: The representative of the Central Emergency Development Intervention Unit in Taiz Governorate, Eng. Badr Al-Din Al-Tayyar, alongside an engineering team from the unit, conducted a review of community initiative projects across various districts of Maqbanah District, assessing their need for support with cement and diesel.
According to Yemen News Agency, Eng. Al-Tayyar highlighted that Maqbanah District is significantly lacking in service and development projects. The challenging terrain of the roads poses major difficulties for the residents, particularly those in remote mountainous areas, complicating their access to essential materials.
He emphasized that the Intervention Unit remains committed to supporting these projects due to their crucial role in enhancing infrastructure and fostering local development. Eng. Al-Tayyar noted that backing community initiatives is vital for achieving sustainable development and strengthens local communities’ capabilities to improve service conditions through both self-efforts and assistance from the unit.
The representative commended the community spirit and cooperation demonstrated by the people of the district, underscoring that teamwork and solidarity are key to overcoming challenges and successfully reaching development goals and objectives.
